SECOND AVENUE SUBWAY | Large commercial Projects

Heartland Tile has been instrumental in the specification and supply of large commercial projects in various metropolitan areas. Phase I of the 2nd Ave. Subway project involved the specification and supply of structural aluminum support systems, porcelain tile, and custom artwork on four (4) new stations constructed on the upper east side of New York City. Also in New York City, Heartland Tile worked with a Spanish porcelain factory to supply the Sol Lewitt artwork “Whirls and Twirls” found at the Columbus Circle Subway Station.
